Who we are

This site, weareamplo.com, is run by Amplo, a YouTube sponsorship agency based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Legal entity: [Legal entity name, registration number and address].

What we collect

Brand brief form: your name, company, work email, website, what you want to promote, target audience and countries, budget range, timing and any notes you add.

Creator application form: your name, email, YouTube channel URL, approximate subscribers, average views, main topics, country, whether you're currently managed and any notes you add.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running. We don't use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

To read your brief or application, reply to you, and, if we work together, run the campaign or the deals. That's it. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Supabase. A copy is emailed to our team through Resend. The site is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

If we don't end up working together, we delete your submission within [24 months]. If we do, we keep what we need for as long as the work and our legal obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we have about you at any time. Email us and we'll do it within [30 days]. Depending on where you live (for example under Argentina's Law 25,326, the GDPR or US state laws) you may have further rights, including complaining to your local data protection authority.

Cookies

We don't set cookies for tracking or advertising. If that changes, this page will say so first.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
